Return & Refund Policy

At Lifted Presence, we’re committed to providing high-quality streetwear that reflects style, intention, and individuality. If something isn't right with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • Return Window: You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

  • Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags and packaging included.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Final sale items

    • Gift cards

    • Limited-edition drops or collaborations

To initiate a return, email us at liftedpresence.co@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is approved, we’ll send you the return instructions and shipping label (if applicable).


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and in some cases, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the issue was our fault.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order for the correct product.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at liftedpresence.co@gmail.com. We’ll make sure to correct the issue at no extra cost to you.
